Shipping policy

Shipping

What it costs. $5.99 flat rate on orders under $45, however many books you add. Free shipping on orders of $45 or more. We ship within the United States only.

How fast. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Anything placed Friday evening through Sunday goes out Monday.

Carriers and delivery times. Book-only orders ship USPS Media Mail, typically 2 to 8 business days. Orders that include a plush toy, a countdown calendar or any other non-book item ship USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2 to 5 business days. Mixed orders move to Ground Advantage automatically at no extra cost to you.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your label is created.

Packing. Books are wrapped and boxed to survive the trip, and nothing ships in a flimsy envelope.

If something goes wrong. If your package is late, lost or damaged, email RainbowJoyBooks@gmail.com or text (314) 669-5720 and we will make it right.
