Orders go out fast and you will always know where yours is.
What it costs
- $5.99 flat rate on orders under $45, however many books you add.
- Free shipping on orders of $45 or more.
- We ship within the United States only.
How fast
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Anything placed Friday evening through Sunday goes out Monday.
Book-only orders ship USPS Media Mail, typically 2 to 8 business days. Orders that include a plush toy, a countdown calendar or any other non-book item ship USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2 to 5 business days. Media Mail is a postal classification reserved for books and media, so mixed orders move to Ground Advantage automatically. It costs you nothing extra either way.
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your label is created.
How it is packed
Books are wrapped and boxed to survive the trip. Board books and hardcovers get corner protection, bundles are wrapped together so they arrive as a set, and nothing ships in a flimsy envelope.
Halloween timing
Our countdown calendars begin on October 19. Order by October 12 to have it in hand in time.
If something goes wrong
If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, email RainbowJoyBooks@gmail.com or text (314) 669-5720. A real person reads every message and we will make it right.
