Rainbow Joy Book Shop is a trade name of Resales & Rainbows LLC. By placing an order on this site you agree to the terms below. They are written plainly on purpose.

Products and listings

We sell secondhand children's books, book bundles, and greeting cards. We photograph and describe each item as accurately as we can. Colors can shift between screens, and secondhand books carry the marks of having been read. Quantities are small and often a single copy, so an item can sell out between you adding it to your cart and reaching checkout.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct an obvious pricing error and will contact you before charging you a different amount than you agreed to. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card number.

Orders we cannot fill

If an item sells out or turns out to be in worse condition than listed, we will contact you and refund that item in full rather than substituting something you did not choose.

Intellectual property

Our original card designs, photographs, and written descriptions belong to Resales & Rainbows LLC. Books and licensed products remain the property of their respective publishers and rights holders; we resell lawfully acquired copies.

Small pieces and age guidance

Age ranges on our listings are guidance, not a safety certification. Some items, including countdown calendars and book-and-toy pairings, contain small parts that are not suitable for children under three. Please use your own judgment about what is right for your child.
