Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 10 PM Central. We answer most messages the same day.
Good reasons to write
- You want a bundle built for a specific kid. Tell us the age and what they are into and we will put one together.
- You are shopping for a classroom, a therapy practice, or a parent support group and need a quantity.
- Something arrived damaged, late, or not as described. Send a photo and we will fix it.
- You want a Seen & Celebrated card for a milestone we have not made yet. We take those requests seriously and several cards in the line started as a message from someone.
